The Got River? Online Proshop will ship most of our products to over 160 countries. We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard.

Please e-mail us your complete shipping address along with your country and postal code to info@gotriver.com for current shipping rates. We will email you with the best available options. Please note that your government may charge import fees, taxes or duties.

30 Day Price Guarantee:
If you find any identical product on our website advertised online elsewhere by a factory authorized dealer that is in stock and at a lower price, we will beat the price by 10% of the difference for up to 30 days after your purchase. Ebay and other auctions sites are excluded.
After verifying the price and if you have already received your order, we will immediately issue you a check for the difference. If you have not placed your order, let us know and we will be happy to adjust your price right away.
At the Got River? Pro Shop, we offer a Price Guarantee on all our products. If you find a price lower than ours on the Internet, and you meet the eligibility requirements listed below, you may qualify for a price match.

You are eligible for a 30 Day Price Guarantee refund if your request meets the following conditions:

  • Our 30 Day Price Guarantee is valid only for products sold by factory authorized Internet retailers. Ebay and other auction sites are excluded.

  • The internet retailer must have the identical product in-stock, available on their website and the product is priced accurately.

  • Price match requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

  • Our 30 Day Price Guarantee does not apply to any closeouts, sale or promotional offers.
    · When requesting a 30 Day Price Guarantee, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria: Price comparisons include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price.

  • Our 30 Day Price Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-bundle pricing on the order.

RETURNS:
If you wish to return a product you have purchased from us: You may return your purchase for any reason within thirty (30) days of receiving your order for a full cash refund minus shipping charges. If the item is not being returned due to warranty issues, all items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached.

  • Contact us to request a Return Number.

  • Got River? will give you Return Number as well as an address to ship the package back to.

  • Pack and seal your return securely in the original package (if possible), and clearly write the Return Number on the outside of the package. Send your package to the address we have given you. Packages must be returned prepaid - we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  • We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned product. We will issue your refund by check within seven business days after receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will not refund your original shipping costs.

  • For exchanges, if the product you are exchanging for is not currently in stock, we will email you an estimated date of when we expect the item to be available to ship.

When returning or exchanging a product, please remember:

  • Products must be in original condition.

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from date the product was shipped.

  • Some products are covered under manufacturer’s warranty and may need to be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

  • Refused shipments will result in a 10 percent restocking fee. We will also deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.

Gift Certificates When Redeemed as Prizes:

May be redeemed on a per purchase basis.  A single gift certificate may be used towards a single purchase and may not be combined with other gift certicates.

Privacy:
Private information that is collected during the processing of orders, including email addresses, phone numbers, and shipping information is not sold or shared. The Got River? Pro Shop may use email addresses and shipping information to notify customers of special events or promotions.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Should you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping please call or e-mail us immediately. It is important that you DO NOT discard the damaged packaging. We will have the shipping company pick up the damaged package and we will send out a replacement when the damaged item is received and inspected at our warehouse. All damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Any claims reported after 5 business days are subject to denial.
